SUPER BOWL XLIIV FOOTBALL POOL
Indianapolis Colts vs New Orleans Saints
· We will be constructing a 10x10 grid. Each square in the grid costs $5
· Total pot is $500 which will be divided as follows:
· 1st and 3rd quarter winners $50.00 each.
· Half-time winner $100.00
· End-of-Game winner $300.00 (Note: This is end of game not necessarily end of 4th quarter.)
· There will be a different set of 10 numbers for each quarter per side. This means you will have a different set of numbers each quarter so that the chances of getting stuck with bad numbers the whole game are reduced.
· If there are any un-sold squares that are winners, the pot will be added to the next quarter pot. If the end-of-game winning square is un-sold the pot will be added to the previous winner.
· Numbers (0-9) will be generated randomly by a computer program FOR EACH QUARTER after all grid squares have been sold or 2pm Friday February 4th, which ever comes first.
· Winners are determined by taking the last numbers in each team’s score. For example; if the score is 21 to 7 at the end of the first quarter, the winner would be the owner of the 1-7 square IN THE 1ST QUARTER section. The Indianapolis Colts will be the vertical numbers, the New Orleans Saints will be the horizontal numbers
· We will be having a computer program randomly populate both the name and number grid squares after we receive all requests. You can NOT request a specific square location.
· After the numbers have been determined we will fax and/or e-mail copies of the grid to your locations so you will have a copy before the Super Bowl.
· Please sign up online at gohealthmart.com. Go to the documents section and find the Super Bowl Pool folder. Make sure you list your name and number of squares. An e-mail would also be helpful.
· If you have a specific email or fax number you wish the final grid be sent to, please specify on your request.
· Send your pool money to the Main Office ASAP. If we have not received your money by time of the drawing, we may sell your squares to another party at our discretion.
